Please review it carefully before completing a purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Physical Products: 30-Day Return Period<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible physical products may be considered for return only when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All original tags, labels, seals, accessories, and packaging are present.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is in new and resalable condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid proof of purchase is provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return is approved by Will of Men before it is shipped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Products sent back without prior written authorization may be refused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After authorization, the product must be shipped within 14 calendar days. Return requests or shipments received outside these periods will not be accepted unless required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Product Use and Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must inspect products before using, wearing, washing, opening, assembling, or modifying them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A product becomes ineligible for return if it shows evidence of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wear, washing, use, alteration, or modification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stains, odors, smoke, fragrances, pet hair, or other contamination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper handling, storage, cleaning, installation, or maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missing tags, labels, packaging, parts, or accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage occurring after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dissatisfaction arising after a product has been used does not make the product eligible for return. Customers are responsible for following all care, safety, and use instructions provided with the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nonreturnable and Final-Sale Items<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digital downloads, e-books, recordings, templates, courses, and electronically delivered materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalized, customized, engraved, or made-to-order products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards and promotional credits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance, closeout, or items identified as \u201cFinal Sale.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened personal-care, hygiene, health, or sealed products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged through use, misuse, washing, alteration, or improper storage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed, personalized, marked, highlighted, or visibly read books.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Memberships, donations, event registrations, and service purchases, except as expressly stated below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This list is subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within five calendar days of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer must provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The order number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A description of the problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photographs of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs of the shipping container and label.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other reasonably requested information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers must retain the product and its packaging while the claim is being reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, Will of Men may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate and required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damage reported after five days, or damage caused after delivery, may not qualify for assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return Shipping and Restocking Fee<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless the return results from a verified Will of Men fulfillment error or verified defect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer assumes responsibility for the return until it is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from approved discretionary returns unless prohibited by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will of Men is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, or misdirected in transit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Promotional bundles must be returned in full. If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund may be reduced by the full retail value of the items retained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inspection and Refund Processing<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every return is inspected before a refund is approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the return meets this policy, the approved amount will generally be issued to the original payment method within 7\u201310 business days after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will of Men reserves the right to reduce or deny a refund when the returned product does not satisfy this policy, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exchanges are not guaranteed. When an exchange is unavailable, the customer may need to complete an approved return and place a new order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Digital Products<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All digital product sales are final once the product has been purchased, emailed, accessed, streamed, or downloaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital products cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund because access cannot be physically returned. Refunds will not be provided for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change of mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to use or complete the material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incompatibility that was disclosed before purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissatisfaction with the format or content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of access caused by the customer\u2019s equipment, account, or internet connection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers experiencing a verified duplicate charge or unresolved technical delivery problem should contact customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Services and Coaching: All Sales Final<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SERVICES CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL PAYMENTS FOR COACHING, CONSULTING, SPIRITUAL NAVIGATION, MINDSET DEVELOPMENT, BUSINESS STRUCTURE GUIDANCE, WORKSHOPS, ASSESSMENTS, STRATEGY SESSIONS, AND ESTATE OR LEGACY READINESS EDUCATION ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment reserves professional time, availability, preparation, and administrative capacity. Therefore, no refund or prorated refund will be issued because of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A change of mind or personal circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scheduling conflicts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to attend or participate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to complete assignments or recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dissatisfaction after a service has begun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unused sessions in a purchased package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to achieve a particular personal, spiritual, business, or financial result.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The only exception is when Will of Men cancels a service and cannot provide a reasonable replacement date. In that situation, any refund will be limited to the portion of the service that was canceled and not delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless a written service agreement states otherwise, coaching packages expire 90 calendar days after purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A customer requesting to reschedule an appointment must provide at least 48 hours\u2019 written notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One rescheduling request may be permitted, subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests made with less than 48 hours\u2019 notice may be denied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missed appointments and no-shows are forfeited without refund or credit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A customer arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened session or have the session treated as missed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coaching and Services Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will of Men services are provided for educational, informational, faith-development, personal-development, and general strategic purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customers must use these services with care, prayerful consideration, independent judgment, and personal discretion. The customer remains solely responsible for every decision, action, commitment, and result arising from the information discussed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching and educational services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not guarantee any particular outcome or result.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are not medical care, mental-health treatment, counseling, or psychotherapy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are not a substitute for services from appropriately licensed professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, fiduciary, or similar regulated professional relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will receive the same result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should consult qualified medical, mental-health, legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other licensed professionals before making decisions within those fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spiritual navigation is faith-based guidance and is not crisis intervention. Anyone experiencing an emergency or immediate danger should contact local emergency services. In the United States, call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide &amp; Crisis Lifeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Estate Planning and Life Insurance Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any information concerning wills, trusts, beneficiaries, estate preparation, legacy planning, or life insurance is provided only for general education, preparation, and referral purposes unless the service is expressly delivered by a separately identified and appropriately licensed professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will of Men does not draft legal instruments or recommend, sell, or issue insurance products unless those activities are performed through a properly licensed provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should consult:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A licensed attorney for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A licensed insurance professional for life insurance products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A qualified tax or financial professional for tax, investment, and financial decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No customer should purchase, cancel, replace, or modify an insurance policy or legal instrument based solely on general website content or coaching conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Memberships and Community Subscriptions<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Membership and subscription fees are nonrefundable once billed. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not create a refund for the current billing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No prorated refund will be provided for unused access. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of community standards, misuse of the platform, harassment, unlawful activity, or other material policy violations without refund, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Donations<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donations to Way Through Christ Ministry are voluntary contributions and are generally nonrefundable. Requests involving an unauthorized transaction, duplicate charge, or processing error should be reported promptly for review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shipping Delays<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Will of Men will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the timeframe stated at checkout. If an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe\u2014or within the timeframe otherwise required by law\u2014the customer will be notified and given any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nonwaivable Consumer Rights<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in this policy eliminates or limits a customer right that cannot legally be waived.
